Make your own way to Cairns. Airport transfer times are 28Oct22 collect from Cairns Airport at 12:20pm and 31Oct22 return to Cairns Airport by 3:00pm. These times have been selected to allow multiple flight options between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Completing this online form does not constitute a booking.
1. Your booking will be arranged by OUTexploring with Turtle Cove Resort. You will receive an Invoice for payment from OUTexploring and your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
2. Credit card payments are processed by Square at a 2.3% surcharge (NOTE: The Square Credit Card Surcharge is Non-Refundable). Direct Deposit payments have no surcharge:
a. 20% of the package price is to be provided at time of booking
b. your final payment is due by the 28th of September 2022
3. Cancellation Policy:
a. Paying your deposit to OUTexploring is your acknowledgment and agreement to attend this event as a member of the OUTexploring Social Travel Group. The social travel group understands that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel, however your spot will need to be refilled to ensure the group maintains minimum numbers. If you cancel, OUTexploring will collect a $30 per person marketing fee and you will be refunded the balance.
b. Deposit, less the marketing fee, is refundable up to the 28th of September 2022.
c. After final payment the booking is non-refundable unless your spot can be refilled.
d. Notification of cancellation needs to be made in writing to the OUTexploring social travel group (info@outexploring.com.au)
e. NOTE the Square Credit Card Surcharge is Non-Refundable
4. Arranging and paying for your transport to and from Cairns from your home is your own responsibility.
5. Travel Insurance is always encouraged by OUTexploring. Please consider your individual needs.
